- As a service-based business, refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been delivered, initiated, or consumed.
- Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the stage of the project, and any written agreements made prior to the project start.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund may be provided if:
- The project has not been started.
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Webxpro Digital fails to initiate the project due to internal reasons.

A partial refund may be applicable if:
- The project is in progress, but only a portion of the agreed work has been completed.
- Any unused portion of the service (for monthly subscriptions like SEO or website maintenance) can be refunded proportionally.
❌ No Refund
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- If the project is completed and delivered as per the scope.
- For delays caused due to client-side issues such as delayed communication, incomplete requirements, or lack of response.
- If services were provided on a rush/priority basis and were delivered.
- For digital marketing campaigns like Google Ads, SEO, or PPC where optimization and management have been carried out.
- For domain registrations, hosting, third-party licenses, or software fees once purchased.
3. Service-Specific Terms
- Web Design & Development: Refunds are not applicable once the design mockup is approved or development has commenced.
- SEO Services: SEO is a time-bound effort. Results are not guaranteed; hence, refunds are not provided for work already completed.
- PPC & Ad Management: Ad spends paid to platforms like Google or Meta are non-refundable. Our management fees may be refunded if no work was initiated.
- Maintenance & Subscriptions: Clients can cancel monthly services at any time; however, refunds are only provided for unused full months.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, send an email to care@webxpro.site with:
- Your full name
- Project name or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 7 working days and respond with the decision.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Card, or as agreed).
- It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on the bank or payment processor.
6. Dispute Resolution
