  • Taxes, where applicable, will be added to the invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information required for service delivery.
  • Supply necessary materials (content, logos, images) on time.
  • Respond promptly to communications during the project.
  • Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, graphics, logos, and materials created by Webxpro Digital remain the property of Webxpro until full payment is received.
  • Upon final payment, the client obtains ownership of the website design, content, and other deliverables as outlined in the project scope.
  • Webxpro retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Revisions & Changes

  • Reasonable revisions are included based on the service plan or proposal.
  • Major changes outside the agreed scope (new functionality, page redesign, etc.) may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or work-in-progress past agreed milestones.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Webxpro Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or performance results. Marketing results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Webxpro may use third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, marketing tools). We are not responsible for issues, outages, or errors caused by these third parties.

10. Confidentialit

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information, including business strategies, data, and project-related information, unless required by law.

  • The client breaches these Terms.
  • Payments are not made within agreed terms.
  • There is misuse of services or illegal activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
